Dean Brainin is a Consultant Attorney at Bregman Moodley Attorneys, practising in general and commercial litigation, labour law, property law, debt collection, and commercial law.

Dean completed his BA and LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2019. He was placed on the Dean’s List for academic achievement and inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society.

He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in May 2022 and has practised continuously since, earning a reputation for diligent, client-focused service. Dean is known for his attention to detail and sound commercial judgement, and for working toward outcomes that are not just legally sound but genuinely workable for the clients and businesses he represents.

Dean is always mindful of what makes the most financial sense for his clients, and structures his fees accordingly, offering fixed fees, retainer arrangements, and hourly rates to suit each client’s needs.
